Palms for Ash Wednesday Burning Rite

Palms for Ash Wednesday Burning Rite To begin our Ash Wednesday liturgy, we will have the Burning of the Palms ritual. Although these ashes will not be used in the liturgy, the rite reminds us from where the ashes come. These ashes, then, will be used next year. Please bring old palms to church the weekendsof Feb 11/12 and Feb  18/19.  Put them in the baskets at the base of the ramp.
