Lenten Call to Pray One Hour with Me In Matthew 26:39 and following, Jesus prays in the garden of Gethsemane when he “began to feel sorrow and distress.” He later wakes Peter and says, “Could you not keep watch with me for one hour? Watch and pray that you may not undergo the test.” Lent is a time to explore prayer opportunities. We invite you to a group in the Mary of Magdala Chapel on Thursdays at 6:00 PM to offer your concerns, conversions of heart and thanksgivings. You can also use our Lenten booklet for personal prayer or to share with others. Reflection questions are provided. Engage this Lent in prayer, fasting and almsgiving as together we grow our Trust in Hope.
