We begin our Fall Spiritual Book Club on

September 30! We will be reading “An Altar in the

World: a Geography of Faith” by Barbara Brown

Taylor. Taylor shares how she learned to find God

beyond the church walls by embracing the sacred

as a natural part of everyday life. We’ll find:

  • Meaningful ways to discover the sacredness within the small things like walking, working, and prayer.
  • How your ordinary tasks can be a chance to meditate if you take time to notice the sights, smells, and sounds around you.
  • The importance of true human connection.
