Christmas Mass Planner: Fourth Sunday of Advent & Christmas Whenever Christmas falls on a Monday, it presents us with the challenge of the intersection of 4th Sunday of Advent and Christmas Eve intersecting on Sunday Dec 24. We realize that having a Sunday Dec 24 morning Mass for the 4th Sunday of Advent AND two evening Masses for Christmas Eve creates a hardship for scheduling ministers. As a result, we have chosen to celebrate the 4th Sunday of Advent only on Saturday, Dec 23.
