Prayer Shawl Ministry
Wonderful parishioners continue to knit and crochet beautiful shawls for the homebound. Our coordinator, Margaret Jung, is looking for assistants and a potential new coordinator who would be interested in continuing this ministry for Good Shepherd. If you like to crochet or knit with prayer and love, we welcome you to this beautiful outreach.
Cards to the Homebound Or Lonely of Heart
Beautiful, seasonal themed homemade cards are sent out monthly to those who need to be supported by the love and support of the Good Shepherd family. Do you know of anyone who can no longer join us for Mass? Someone who is traveling a rough journey – either physically or spiritually? Someone who just needs a gentle reminder that they are not alone? Short term or long, we want them to know that we, their Good Shepherd family, miss them and are holding them in prayerful support. We would like to reach out to those who are feeling isolated. Contact Cheryl with their name and contact info.
Prayer Corner Ministry
Good Shepherd has had a long tradition of providing one-to-one prayer after Mass. There will be someone in the Prayer Corner to pray with/for you after weekend Masses. We invite you to become a prayer partner.
Can You Lend a Parishioner a Ride?
We have a long-time parishioner who can’t drive to grocery store. She is seeking assistance. Might you be able to assist her? Or maybe join with another person to help her out? If interested, please call Jackie: (262) 251-7636
