Recent Donations from the Deacon Gene Outreach Committee

The Outreach committee recently approved three charities (one local, one national and one international) as recipients of support from our Good Shepherd community. This committee vets charities throughout the year that are doing the good work of social justice and supports them through donations. The funds come from the 2.5% of gifts received by Good Shepherd. Anyone can submit fund requests for a non-profit working to support the poor in line with Catholic Social Teachings. The committee discerns which requests will be considered. Please contact Marguerite in the parish office for more information!
