| The American Heart Association recommends
that ALL individuals including children and teenagers have their blood
pressure checked at least once a year. Your blood pressure should
be less than 120/ 80. We are always looking for new participants and
you don't have to be a parish member to use the service! |
| Good Shepherd Health Ministry holds blood
pressure screening after all Masses on the second full weekend of the
month. Nurses are available to check your blood pressure and make
recommendations according to the American Heart Association guidelines.
You can check your weight and receive information on the monthly health emphasis
at the same time. This free service
takes place in the Chapel. |
