If you will be hospitalized for more than a day or two and would like a visit from Pastoral Care, please notify us at the parish office. Because of HIPPA requirements, hospitals can no longer inform the parish when you are hospitalized. Also if you are transferred to a nursing home or other extended care facility after hospitalization and would like a visit from Pastoral Care, please notify us. Hospitals cannot reveal where patients go after discharge.

Along with visitation, the Pastoral Care Team can arrange distribution of communion to homebound and hospitalized persons and provide for other sacramental needs.

Services of the parish nurse are available. The parish nurse links the needs of the whole person with the resources of the Church, health care and the community.
