Administrative Services Commission
This is an advisory group for administration, which meets monthly to help plan & coordinate the parish budget. They meet on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 pm, ten times per year.
Auditing Committee
The group inspects and verifies parish financial records on an annual basis. They meet late summer, at the members convenience.
Budget Committee
The Budget Committee gathers requests and works with groups to prepare the annual parish budget. They meet 2-4 times per year.
Bulletin Stuffers
These volunteers help to stuff fliers into the regular weekend bulletin. They meet as needed.
Eschweiler New Century Fund
The Eschweiler New Century Fund is a parish endowment fund established for the ongoing support of the mission of Good Shepherd Parish. The committee meets three times a year to review investments and approval expenditure requests.
Phone/Office Help
Volunteers are needed on a weekly basis to answer phones, and help in the office for various tasks.
Parish Newsletter (Breaking Bread)
A monthly newsletter is published and sent with the stewardship mailing. The planning group meets monthly to arrange for articles and photos. Creative writers and photographers for parish life are invited to participate!
Parish Clean-Up Days
Help keep our church properties attractive and prayerful. Clean Up days are held in Spring and Fall.
Personnel Committee
Advise on employee relations and policies; meets as needed to hire and evaluate.
Stewardship Mailing
Rotating teams fold or stuff for monthly stewardship mailing. Team members serve approximately every 3 months.
